Our expertise includes micro-polishing Thin-film, glass and other ceramic material using mono and poly crystalline diamond slurries and polishing stations utilizing 15 inch diameter metal and pure ceramic plates. We can control the average roughness of the polished surface to less than 8 Angstroms with 0.0+/- 3 micro-inch flatness.
